BLUE

The large gap between posts is because this is an old blog that I started and abandoned. I have decided to continue using it as a gardening page. Deleted any posts that were not related to the garden. This should be a nice combination of the two hobbies I enjoy.

Grevilleas

Grevillea Marmalade-the flower is not quite out.

The grevillea below must be part of the same family as the one above as they have the same leaf, but I do not know it's name. Both medium size shrubs.

.Grevillea Moonlight-now a medium size tree in my front garden

Small bush grevillea the flower is a lovely delicate little thing. Mass display at the present with the bush covered in them.

Visitor to the Garden

This was one of those moments that just happen. I had grabbed my camera to take a photo of a grevillea and as I walked down the steps noticed this bird sitting on the post at the bottom of the steps.

And this is the photo of the Grevillea that I went to take. The tag to the plant disappeared so I don't know the name but I was surprised when I saw the flower. It is a lovely plant and has very soft long leaves
